Responsible Gaming Policy

    5. Time Limits. Users can set limits on the duration of their gameplay sessions. The system will notify Users when they approach their set time limit.
    6. Reality Checks. Pop-up notifications will appear at regular intervals during gameplay, reminding Users of the time spent and amount wagered.
  3. RSG Control Tools Access.

    1. Control Tools. The access control tools described below are available if your gameplay may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic and you may take advantage of access control tools by contacting us.

    2. Taking a Break. Please contact us with your request and for options.

    3. Self-Exclusion. Users who feel that they are no longer able to play responsibly may request a Self-Exclusion. This request may be made either by contacting us via email or through the User’s account settings. Upon receipt of such a request, the following conditions will apply:

      a. Cooling-Off Period (Mandatory 30-Day Exclusion) Upon confirmation of a Self-Exclusion request, the User’s account will be immediately suspended for a mandatory cooling-off period of 30 calendar days. During this time, the User will not be able to access their account or participate in any gameplay activities.

      b. No Early Reinstatement Once a Self-Exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened under any circumstances. Even if the User contacts our support team requesting early access, such requests will be declined. By initiating Self-Exclusion, the User acknowledges and agrees to this condition in full.

      c.
