Responsible Gaming Policy

Kinetix Ventures, LLC is committed to the protection of our Users and promoting responsible social gameplay as a policy of customer care and social responsibility. We recognize that our games are fun and like many other forms of entertainment, should be consumed in a responsible manner.

1. General.

   1. This Responsible Social Gameplay Policy (“RSGP”) describes the various tools and resources available to our Users to ensure responsible gameplay.
   2. We may update our policies at any time, which updates shall be effective immediately.
   3. The RSGP is integrated into the Terms of Service, and is a part of such Terms of Service as if fully restated therein.

2. RSGP Control Tools.

   1. Active Reminders. The platform implements a system of active reminders to promote responsible gameplay. These reminders appear at regular intervals during gameplay sessions and include information about time played in the current session, amount spent, an option to take a break or end the session, and links to responsible gaming resources.
   2. Account History. Users have access to a comprehensive account history feature. This feature provides detailed records of all gameplay activities, transaction history including deposits and withdrawals, time spent playing on various time scales, graphical representations of gameplay patterns and spending trends, and an option to download account history for personal record-keeping.
   3. Various Self-Limitation Options. We offer a range of self-limitation tools to help Users manage their gameplay responsibly. These options include limits, where Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they can put into their account; loss limits, allowing Users to set maximum loss thresholds for specified time periods; and session time limits, enabling Users to set maximum durations for individual gameplay sessions. Additionally, Users can opt for cool-off periods, temporarily suspending their account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. Users can set limits on in-game currency usage per session. All these self-limitation options are easily accessible through the User’s account settings. Any decreases in limits or increases in restriction levels take effect immediately, while any easing of restrictions requires a waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. We encourage Users to use these tools proactively to maintain control over their gaming activities.
   4. Limits. Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on in-game purchases.
   5. Time Limits. Users can set limits on the duration of their gameplay sessions. The system will notify Users when they approach their set time limit.
   6. Reality Checks. Pop-up notifications will appear at regular intervals during gameplay, reminding Users of the time spent and amount wagered.

3. RSG Control Tools Access.

   1. Control Tools. The access control tools described below are available if your gameplay may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic and you may take advantage of access control tools by contacting us.

   5. Cooling-Off Periods. Users can request short-term breaks from gameplay, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which they cannot access their accounts.

   We provide additional self-assessment tools directly on our platform to help Users evaluate their gambling behavior. These tools include spending calculators and questionnaires designed to promote self-awareness.

5. Support. Please consider one of the following resources if your activities have had a negative impact on your mental and emotional health, as well as a detrimental financial impact. We are not affiliated with any of these organizations.

6. Educational Resources.

   1. Principles of Gameplay.
      1. Randomness: Winners of games are determined at random.
      2. Outcomes cannot be predicted by past results or outcomes.
   2. Common Misconceptions.
      1. Thinking “I'm due for a win” is a fallacy since all outcomes in games of chance are random and cannot be predicted.
      2. Believing that a lucky charm or pre-game ritual affects your chances of winning is a misconception, as these factors have no impact on the random outcomes of the game.
      3. Assuming that playing a game for a longer time increases your chances of winning is incorrect, as the probability of winning remains the same for each game round regardless of how much time is spent playing.
      4. Accusing the games of being rigged is baseless since the Random Number Generator (RNG) used in all the games is verified and certified to ensure that the numbers generated are random, unpredictable, non-repeatable, and uniformly distributed.

7. Data Protection and Privacy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. Our data usage policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect User data, especially concerning responsible gaming initiatives, is available.

8. Staff Training. All our staff members, particularly those in customer-facing roles, undergo regular and mandatory responsible gaming training. This ensures that our team is equipped to support our Users and promote responsible gaming practices.

9. Third-Party Exclusion. We offer a provision for family members or concerned third parties to request exclusion for a User. This request will be subject to a thorough verification process to ensure its legitimacy.
